ORDERING INFORMATION
PLACING AN ORDER
We offer a large selection of products that can be purchased through our website. To purchase products that can’t be bought online, please place your order by phone at 1-800-843-6287.
PRICING
Resilite does its best to offer the most competitive prices possible; therefore prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Printed catalogs that contain pricing may not always be current. To confirm a price, check the current online price or call us at 1-800-843-6287.
SALES TAX
Resilite is required to collect Sales and Use Tax for purchases made in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY.
Except as otherwise noted, prices shown do not include any federal, state, district, city or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority.
Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law. Resilite will charge sales tax as required unless you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file with Resilite Sports Products. We will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide us with your tax-exempt number and a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate prior to placing your order.
In states where Resilite is not required to collect and pay Sales Tax, the purchaser is obligated to self-report and pay the Sales and/or Use Tax to the purchasers appropriate state's and or local Department of Revenue.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Online Orders must be paid in full by credit card.
For offline orders, a 50% deposit is required to place the order, and the 50% balance is due before shipment. On certain customized products Resilite may require 100% payment in full before beginning production.
For schools only: School purchase orders are required, and Resilite must have a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate on file. Payment in full net 30 days.
CANCELLATION
Resilite reserves the right to charge cancellation and/or restocking fees for orders that were confirmed and then cancelled before shipment. Such fee(s) will not exceed 10% of the total purchase price.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Orders may be paid for by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Resilite Sports Products manufactures most items per order. Products that are fully customized in size, shape, color, markings or other features are not able to be returned or exchanged. Returned goods WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. Customer is responsible for all inbound & outbound shipping charges. Item will be inspected upon arrival for any damages and any sign of use. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all goods returned. This process may take up to three weeks to complete. HOW WE SHIP
Resilite ships products in three ways:
- Resilite Fleet: We operate our own fleet of tractor-trailers for delivery of large wrestling mats and large gymnastic orders to reduce the risk of damage.
- FedEx: Many of our ready-to-ship items that can be purchased online are shipped via FedEx. In some cases the cost of shipping is included in the product price, as noted in the product description.
NOTE: FedEx cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses - Common freight carrier: Our large shipping volume has resulted in substantial freight discounts from nearly every large freight carrier serving the nation. We pass these savings directly to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
For some products, the shipping cost is included in the price of the item. For all other products, there are many variables involved that impact the shipping cost and timing. Your sales representative will provide an accurate freight quote when you place your order via telephone.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Large Wrestling & Reconditioned Mats
Resilite operates its own fleet of tractor-trailers for delivery of large wrestling mats (> 30’ x 30’ / 900 sq. ft.). Our large shipping volume saves you money and reduces the risk of damage. Discounts are available if a wrestling mat is picked up at the factory. Resilite's shipping quotation is based upon square footage and delivery location within the United States. Contact us or your dealer to obtain a freight quote.
During peak production periods, delivery times may be extended due to increased volume. Generally, a wrestling mat order will be scheduled for delivery when our tractor-trailer can deliver a full load of mats within your vicinity or route.
Please check with our office for a delivery schedule when you place your order, and specify if there are any dates that you will be unwilling to accept your mat (i.e., under construction). We do not have the storage space to store mats once they’re manufactured and ready for delivery.
When manufacturing is complete, we will contact you to schedule your mat delivery. It is your responsibility to provide enough personnel to help unload the mat from the truck at the time of delivery.
Upon arrival at your facility, your mat will require extra curing time. Please refer to the care and handling instructions that will be shipped with your mat.

Small Wrestling Mats (< 30' x 30' / 900 sq. ft.)
Wrestling mats 30'x 30' or smaller must be shipped via common carrier and require additional cost for shipping. Tailgate Delivery. We contract with a variety of carriers to ensure you get the best freight cost possible, as well as to minimize any damage that can occur shipping.

Transporters & Supplies
Mat transporters and supplies are shipped by UPS or public carrier, depending on size.
Home-Use Wrestling Mats
- 12’ x 12’ Mats, 10' x 10' 1-piece Home Use Mats, 10' x 10' 2-Section Home Use Mats, and 10’ x 15’ Home Use Mats
Due to their size and weight, these mats are shipped via common carrier. Please contact us to request a freight quote.
Folding Mats
All Resilite Folding Mats are shipped from our Pennsylvania manufacturing plant. Custom/made-to-order mats usually take 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Gymnastic, Cheerleading and Other Products
Manufacturing begins as soon as we receive your order. Manufacturing time is typically 8–10 weeks. We are not able to guarantee Christmas delivery.
For large gymnastic or cheerleading orders, Resilite may deliver the order on its own fleet of tractor-trailers.
Wall Padding
Wall Padding may be delivered on our own fleet of tractor-trailers or by LTL Common Freight. During peak production periods and holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased volume. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery.
