Beam Trainer and Run-Up Mats provide a versatile skill development station for competitive gymnasts. The mats are designed with single fold and easily adjustable to become a spotting block. The 4" beam line is sewn to the mats' surface, creating a visual reference for students to learn proper technique. By elevating the gymnast 20cm (8") during entry, the mats provide more air-time and help to correct round-off techniques. Measuring 2' W x 12' L x 20cm H, the Beam Trainer and Run-Up Mats prove indispensable for serious gymnastics training.
