A large selection of products can be ordered on-line from our web site. Our web site changes daily with a list of in-stock home use mats and specials. Select the "Add to Cart" button to the add a product to your shopping cart. Select "View Shopping Cart" at the top right hand of the page to see all of the products in your shopping cart. Modify products in your shopping cart by adding or deleting products till your order is complete. Select the "Checkout" button. A form will appear that will need completed. Sales Tax
SALES TAX DISCLAIMER: Resilite is required to collect Sales and Use Tax for purchases made in the following states: CA*, FL, IN, LA, NJ, PA, SD, WA and WI.
*Disclaimer for CA Residents: As of April 1, 2011, California residents are required to self-report all district city taxes.
Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law. Where applicable, Resilite will charge sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file with Resilite Sports Products. Resilite will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide us with your sales tax exempt number and fax a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate to Resilite - ATTN: SALES TAX EXEMPTION. ( Fax: 1-570-473-8988 ).
Except as otherwise noted, prices shown do not include any federal, state, district, city or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority.
In states where Resilite is not required to collect and pay Sales Tax, the purchaser is obligated to self-report and pay the Sales and/or Use Tax to the purchasers appropriate state's and or local Department of Revenue.
Shipping Costs
Not all prices include shipping. A sales respresentative will provide you a firm cost for shipping when you place your order.
Volume Discounts
Volume discount prices are factory incentives available to qualified buyers only.
To receive volume discount pricing, a customer must place an order with Resilite totaling $2,000.00 of resilite products on a single order. Volume Discount pricing is based on the product total only – Sales Tax and Freight DO NOT contribute toward the $2,000.00 in sales.
Resilite will count a one-time order of $2,000 or more as qualifying for the Volume Discount pricing structure. If a customer places additional orders throughout the current calendar year time span, the customer will pay the Suggested Retail Price unless the total order placed is $2,000.00 or more.
Volume Discount pricing is based on a per-order basis and does not carry over from previous orders placed through Resilite Sports Products or any of our dealer network.

Payment Policies
- Online Orders
100% paid in full by credit card
- Individuals, Clubs, Boosters, Sporting Good Stores, and Martial Arts, etc.
50% deposit is required to place order. 50% balance is required before shipment of your order. On customized products – Resilite may require 100% payment in full before production can begin.
- Schools Only
Payment in full net 30 days. School Purchase Order required. Provide copy of sales exempt certificate.
